. As a Stecker Machine CNC Operator, you’ll be precisely machining cast metal parts, feeling a sense of accomplishment every shift, and enjoying an exciting
, clean work environment. Instead of hearing your boss scream, “You need to work harder!” you will work smarter
, running precise CNC machines.
No experience is needed. You will get on the job training and learn as you go.
Develop your machining skills
, have fun, and become a CNC Expert.
- Load and unload parts.
- Audit parts using gauges.
- Monitor and change tools.
- Clean and organize your area.
- Attend work reliably.
- Take safety seriously.
- Wages start at $20
- Off‑shift premium of 8%
- Openings on all shifts
- Weekdays:
Monday
- Thursday- 1st shift 5am to 3pm
- 2nd shift 3pm to 1am
- 3rd shift 7pm to 6am, or Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
- Weekends:
Friday
- Sunday- 4th shift 5am to 5pm
- 5th shift 5pm to 5am
- Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
