Production Line Component Assembly Technician

What you’ll own Assembling fundamental components with the specified tools and equipment, exactly as the work instructions outline.

Producing entry-level products that consistently meet targets for quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specifications.

Communicating promptly about expedited orders, component quality issues, and inventory record updates.

Participating in process improvement efforts that elevate throughput and quality.

Supporting and recommending safety practices and procedures.

Maintaining an orderly, efficient work area.

Recording accurate transactions and sustaining system integrity in the ERP operating system.

Working with the team to hit shared goals and timelines.

Other duties as assigned.

Role snapshot

You will assemble, disassemble, and repair designated product lines. The right person is self-directed yet highly collaborative, grounded in basic product knowledge and production procedures, and confident with common hand and power tools.

Must-haves

High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Hands-on familiarity with hand and power tools.

Strong urgency and basic prioritization skills to meet customer expectations.

High attention to detail and quality.
