Dumper Attendant

Dumper Attendant Wage: $17.00/hour

• Dump product onto the line for packaging
• Ensure steady flow of product
• Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product
• Monitor product quality and remove any defective or foreign materials before packaging
• Assist with setup and changeover of the line for different product runs
• Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities in product flow to the supervisor immediately
• Ensure proper stacking and alignment of product on the line to prevent jams or damage
• Communicate with forklift drivers to ensure availability of product to run line and to have empty totes removed
• Communicate with machine operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure smooth transition and continuity of operations
• Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to meet product specifications and standards
• Provide timely updates to team leads or supervisors regarding production delays or issues
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 0-1-year related experience and/or training preferred
• OSHA or first aid certifications are a plus
• Able to lift and/or move a bar weighing up to 30 lbs
