Position Title:

General Labor Wage: $14.75 - $16.75/Hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Hours:

06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a General Labor at a company in Manitowoc, WI. This is a potential to hire position.

• Use a variety of plant equipment and/or hand tools
• Perform a variety of misc. assembly operations
• Verify product quality using established standards, specifications and work instructions
• Record various production and quality data
• Packages and labels product to established work instructions
• Acquires, moves and maintains stores of components and materials required in cell
• Moves finish product to designated locations
• Follows all applicable safety, quality and manufacturing standards
• Repack products to ship out
• Assist with loading parts onto CNC machine
• Assist with scooping buckets of resin
• Weighing and staging buckets of resin for machine operators

• Occasional stooping, bending, squatting, crouching or reaching above the shoulders
• Prolonged Standing, Sitting and Repetitive Bending
• Hand/Eye Work
• Grasping/Pinching and Pushing/Pulling
• Ability to lift 10-20lbs, 20-30lbs, and 30-40lbs
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Prior production experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Ability to utilize computer platforms to access work instructions
• Safety Awareness-Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety
• Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English is required
• Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving
• High attention to detail
• Ability to perform simple math and measurements
