Manufacturing Operator

Stecker Machine Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to run and monitor CNC machining equipment producing high-quality metal components for OEMs. In this role, you will load/unload parts, perform basic machine setups and offsets, inspect parts with measuring tools, and maintain accurate production records. You'll follow standardized work, 5S, and safety procedures while troubleshooting minor issues and escalating problems as needed.
