As a Manufacturing Press Technician, you'll be a key player in our production process, ensuring quality products while maintaining our equipment and safety standards.
Quality & Precision
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Monitor product quality and stop production when standards aren't met
- Maintain accurate production and quality records in our computer systems
Equipment & Maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance: lubrication, safety checks, and minor repairs
- Keep work areas clean and safe from debris, oil, and hazards
- Operate and maintain press equipment following established procedures
Material Management
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead hoists
- Load/unload raw materials and verify material specifications
- Transport materials efficiently in pedestrian and confined areas
Technical Skills
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and charts
- Document production data accurately in operating systems
Essential
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing experience OR demonstrated mechanical skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety and environmental procedures
Preferred Experience:
- Previous press operation experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Experience with precision measurement tools

Shifts Available:
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9-hour shifts and Friday, 4-hour shift
