You know the difference a clean edge and burr‑free passage can make. In this role, you’ll finish manifold blocks with accuracy, keep production flowing, and partner with a team that values safety, quality, and speed.

• Grab the router: review work instructions and choose the right tool for each feature.
• Deburr internal and external features using hand and power tools; verify to spec.
• Update ERP transactions to keep inventory and job records accurate.
• Flag expedited work, communicate quality issues, and align priorities with the team.
• Keep your area orderly and suggest safety improvements as you spot them.
• Pitch in on other tasks as assigned to help the team hit its goals.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience preferred; manufacturing exposure helps you ramp fast.
• Hands‑on skill with common hand and power tools.
• Sense of urgency and strong prioritization to meet customer expectations.
• Meticulous, quality‑focused mindset.

  There are periodic high noise levels and vibration associated with this job. Sources include: engine noise, air compressors, air powered equipment, and other shop noises.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and up to 25 lbs. of force on a regular basis through the day, depending on work related circumstances.
• Must be able to lift objects from floor to waist level. Must be able to move objects/parts/tools and equipment from one area to another and one level to another level.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Standing or Sitting for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Reaching - extending and pulling the hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction while working with various tools as mentioned above.
• Handling - seizing, holding, grasping, turning, pulling, or otherwise working with hands and arms.
• Pulling - using arms in such a way as pulling of tools, wrenches, parts, and equipment to complete the job.
• Manual dexterity - picking, pinching, or otherwise working with fingers primarily.
