Production Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a Production Machine Operator to support a manufacturing team. Our client, a precision production environment, is located on-site in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. • Operate machining equipment to produce parts according to specified methods and procedures.
• Maintain accurate part counts and document production records meticulously.
• Perform in-process inspections using gauges and visual checks to ensure quality standards.
• Read and interpret job travelers, routings, and blueprints to execute tasks correctly.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and address minor issues as needed to ensure smooth operation.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred; entry-level candidates considered.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift parts weighing up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures, work independently, and maintain good attendance.
• Basic computer skills for reporting labor, rework, and scrap data.
• Capable of performing in-process inspections and reading blueprints or routings.
