Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) is expanding, and weare looking for motivated Machine Operators who take pride in producing high-quality parts, working safely, and being part of a dependable, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Read and follow work instructions and blueprints
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts for quality
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Report quality or process concerns to your supervisor
- Use basic shop tools and lifting devices
- Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and read blueprints
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
- Previous machine shop experience is a plus
This is an entry-level Machine Operator position focused on operating CNC equipment while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
