2nd Shift Machine Operator – Weekend Night Shift Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AMManitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) is expanding, and we are looking for motivated Machine Operators who take pride in producing high-quality parts, working safely, and being part of a dependable, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You’ll DoSafely and efficiently operate CNC machinery

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts

Read and follow work instructions and blueprints

Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts for quality

Maintain accurate production and inspection records

Report quality or process concerns to your supervisor

Use basic shop tools and lifting devices

Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals

What We’re Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and read blueprints

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude

Previous machine shop experience is a plus

This is an entry-level Machine Operator position focused on operating CNC equipment while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
