3 PM – 1 AM, Monday–Thursday. Every weekend is a 3-day weekend. $25+/hr, based on experience.

What you'll be doing:

Setting up CNC machining centers from blueprint to first good part — not just hitting cycle start

Building and modifying toolpaths

Optimizing tooling, feeds, and speeds

Reading blueprints and process sheets and catching issues before they become problems

Troubleshooting setups on the fly when something's not cutting right

Working directly with engineers on tooling and design improvements
