3 PM – 1 AM, Monday–Thursday. Every weekend is a 3-day weekend. $25+/hr, based on experience.

What you'll be doing:- Setting up CNC machining centers from blueprint to first good part — not just hitting cycle start
- Building and modifying toolpaths
- Optimizing tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Reading blueprints and process sheets and catching issues before they become problems
- Troubleshooting setups on the fly when something's not cutting right
- Working directly with engineers on tooling and design improvements
- Modern CNC equipment
