General Labor

IQ Resource Group is hiring general laborers for a growing manufacturer in Manitowoc. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values hard work and offers excellent benefits with hire. You'll work with a team in a fast-paced environment producing quality products while taking on a variety of tasks each day.

Hours: 1st: 5:00am to 3:00pm;
Monday to Thursday 2nd: 2:00pm to midnight;
Monday to Thursday

Pay: 1st: $19.00 2nd: $19.00 plus $1.25 shift premium

Job Duties:

• Work in a manufacturing environment producing and finishing products.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Operate production equipment and basic hand tools.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and prepare products for shipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Able to wear required safety equipment, including a respirator.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
