Shift 1: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Standard Hours 40.0).
Job SummaryA 1:1 RN position focusing on patient health care across primary and specialty outpatient clinics, addressing wellness, acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end‑of‑life needs, with patient advocacy, coordination, and education.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in outpatient settings.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to manage patients’ acute, chronic, and end‑of‑life care.
- Advocate for patients and facilitate continuity of care.
- Deliver patient education and support services.
- Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Wisconsin RN license or NLC multi‑state license.
- BLS certification (AHA or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Hourly pay: $27.75 – $43.01, commensurate with experience.
