1. Shift Details: varied schedule dependent on needs of the clinic and procedure schedule – start/end times ranging from . There is a call requirement (only a few times per month), weekday only. Holiday rotation.

Plans, organizes, coordinates and provides direct nursing care for an identified group of patients according to specific standards.

• Provide direct nursing care for an identified group of patients in alignment with clinical standards.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Critical Care:
  At least one year of Med/Surg experience required. Prefer experience in ER and/or CCU nursing.
• ACLS required within first year of hire.
• Emergency Services:
  At least one year of Med/Surg experience required. New graduates with Paramedic experience may be considered. ACLS within first year of hire. PALS and TNCC preferred.
• Women's and Children s Center:
  None required. Prefer one year of Med/Surg, Pediatric and/or OB nursing. NRP certification required within first year of hire.
• Specialty Float:
  At least one year of Med/Surg experience required. ER &/or CCU experience preferred. ACLS within first year of hire.
• General Float:
  At least one year of Med/Surg experience required. Will float between Med/Surg, Surgery Center and Post Partum.
• Medical/Surgical:
  One year experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
• Prep & Holding/PACU:
  Prefer at least two years experience in CCU, Cardiac Rehab, ER, or Surgical Services. ACLS within first year of hire.
• Surgery Center/Special Procedures:
  Prefer two years experience in Med/Surg and/or Ortho nursing. Ambulatory Per-Anesthesia nursing certificate and ACLS preferred.
• Surgical Services:
  Operating Room:
  None required. Prefer two to three years in Surgical/Ortho and/or Operating Room nursing. Operating Room Nurse certificate preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license required. CPR certification required.
