In this role, you serve as a vital leader responsible for overseeing exceptional resident care:

• Assessment: Conduct thorough resident assessments and manage individualized care plans.

• Clinical Safety: Administer medications and treatments with meticulous attention to detail.

• Coordination: Transcribe physician orders and maintain real-time EHR documentation.

• Mentorship: Provide clinical guidance and supervision to CNAs and LPNs on your unit.

• Response: Act as the clinical lead during emergencies, ensuring protocol compliance.

• License: Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin in good standing.

• Expertise: Strong critical thinking, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
