As the heart of our care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is crucial to resident well‑being:
Direct Care: Provide respectful assistance with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
Mobility & Comfort: Skillfully assist residents with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Safety & Observation: Act as a primary advocate by reporting physical or mental changes to the nurse.
Documentation: Maintain clean environments and complete accurate electronic care reports.
Teamwork: Work under nursing leadership to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
License: Must hold an active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
