As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct, compassionate care and support the well‑being of our residents.

• Clinical Care: Administer medications accurately and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Observation: Meticulously report changes in resident conditions to the RN or physician.
• Leadership: Support the implementation of resident care plans and oversee CNA tasks.
• Compliance: Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) in adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.

• License: Must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Skills: Strong communication and the ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care.
• Experience: Familiarity with EHR is required; long-term care experience is preferred, but we will provide training for the right Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
