• Shift Diff for PM/NOC
• Weekend Diff for AM/PM/NOC

• AM Shift: RN or LPN – Part-Time or PRN
• PM Shift: RN or LPN – Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN
• NOC Shift: RN only – Full-Time Sunday-Thursday, LPN or RN Part-Time or PRN
• Ask us about ADON/Unit Manager opportunities (RN or LPN)

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Lead and guide CNA staff
• Promote resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

• Active RN or LPN License in Wisconsin
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for caring for the aging population
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
