Positions

We are seeking a compassionate weekend RN/LPN on the First shift (6 AM–2 PM) and a part‑time RN/LPN on the Third shift (10 PM–6 AM) to join our team. We also have an exciting 16/24 Status position available for those with busy weekdays; it requires working three weekends per month with an increased rate of pay.

• RN:
  Provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non‑licensed personnel on the unit; comply with all pharmaceutical policies; assess residents and implement appropriate interventions; participate in care planning and ensure consistent implementation; document professionally; communicate and manage resident care respectfully and dignifiedly; collaborate effectively in a team environment to provide highest quality care.
• LPN:
  Provide direct supervision to CNAs and other non‑licensed personnel on the unit; comply with pharmaceutical policies; observe residents and initiate appropriate interventions; assist in developing and communicating resident care plans; document professionally; communicate and manage resident care respectfully and dignifiedly.

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.

• Committed Hours Pay: RN commits to 72‑80 hours per pay period +$12/hour; LPN commits to 72‑80 hours per pay period +$10/hour.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 to RN and $4,000 to LPN contingent on 64 committed hours per pay period.
