Job SummaryPlans, organizes, coordinates and provides direct nursing care for an identified group of patients according to specific standards.
Shift DetailsHolidays:
Weekends:
- At least one year experience in Med/Surg required.
- Prefer experience in ER and/or CCU nursing.
- ACLS required within first year of hire.
- At least one year experience in Med/Surg required.
- Would consider new graduates with Paramedic experience only.
- ACLS required within first year of hire.
- PALS and TNCC preferred.
- None required.
- Prefer one year experience in Med/Surg, Pediatric and/or OB nursing.
- NRP certification required within first year of hire.
- At least one year experience in Med/Surg required.
- ER and/or CCU experience preferred.
- Will float between CCU, ER, and PACU.
- ACLS required within first year of hire.
- At least one year experience in Med/Surg required.
- Will float between Med/Surg, Surgery Center and Post Partum.
- None required.
- One year experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
- Prefer at least two years experience in CCU, Cardiac Rehab, ER, or in Surgical Services nursing.
- ACLS required within first year of hire.
- Prefer two years experience in Med/Surg and/or Ortho nursing.
- Ambulatory Per-Anesthesia nursing certificate and ACLS preferred.
Operating Room
- None required.
- Prefer two to three years experience in Surgical/Ortho and/or Operating Room nursing.
- Operating Room Nurse certificate preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, and current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license required.
- Excellent customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
- Preferred experience in Med/Surg and/or Oncology.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 30 days of hire.
