As the heart of our care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is crucial to resident well-being:

• Direct Care:
  Provide respectful assistance with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Mobility & Comfort:
  Skillfully assist residents with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Safety & Observation:
  Act as a primary advocate by reporting physical or mental changes to the nurse.
• Documentation:
  Maintain clean environments and complete accurate electronic care reports.
• Teamwork:
  Work under nursing leadership to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

• License:
  Must hold an active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  
  Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience:
