• AM Shift: Full-Time Monday–Friday, Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN
• PM Shift: Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN
• NOC Shift: RN only – Full-Time Sunday–Thursday, Part-Time or PRN

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Lead and guide CNA staff
• Promote resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

• Active RN or LPN License in Wisconsin
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for caring for the aging population
