RN​/LPN

We are seeking compassionate Realignment Nursing professionals to fill weekend and part‑time shifts at our Shady Lane, Inc. campus. Positions include:

• Weekend RN/LPN – First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Part‑time RN/LPN – Third Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• 16/24 Status – 3 weekends per month with increased pay
• 24/36 Status – 3 weekends per month plus a Friday or Monday shift with increased pay

• Provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non‑licensed personnel on the unit.
• Comply with pharmaceutical policies, assess residents, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Participate in the care planning process, ensuring consistent implementation of resident care plans.
• Maintain professional documentation standards and communicate delivery of resident care respectfully and dignifiedly.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to deliver high‑quality care.

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.

• Competitive wage with additional pay for increased hour commitments (e.g., $12/hour for RN and $10/hour for LPN on 72‑80 hour pay periods).
• Sign‑on bonuses: $4,000 for LPNs and $5,000 for RNs contingent on 64 committed hours per pay period.
