We are seeking an experienced Parts / Inventory Specialist to work with a leading distribution company in Manitowoc, WI & surrounding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Is very customer oriented and offers much opportunity for advancement.

Job Title: Parts / Inventory Specialist

Location: Manitowoc, WI

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00

Shift: 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (flexible start times available)

• Manage and order inventory at various customer sites
• Unpack, receive, and organize products using carts and open boxes, with minimal heavy lifting
• Ensure accurate product put‑away and replenishment to support customer demands
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S standards
• Track shipments to ensure accurate and on‑time deliveries
• Ensure quality of product is available at all times
• Travel between multiple customer accounts within area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the territory and operate a company vehicle safely
• Detail oriented
