Overview
Do you take pride in delivering a quality customer experience? Join Meijer as a Supervisor in Deli/Bakery or Grocery Departments or overseeing our Gas Station!
Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and supervise Team Members in the day‑to‑day operations.
- Serve as a mentor and coach for all team members.
- Implement strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, while ensuring customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient.
- Maintain Department appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
- MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE
- Current/Previous Leadership Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Gas Station, Warehouse, Industrial, Food Service or Restaurant a plus
