Job Summary
Build a rewarding retail career at Comcast Xfinity by engaging customers, supporting sales, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret account statements and pay bills in the store.
- Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and competitive information.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
- Understand and apply Comcast Operating Principles.
- Own the customer experience and put customers first.
- Know your products, be an enthusiastic learner, and advocate for Comcast technology.

Base Pay: $15.05 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.74 per hour.
