ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will plan, direct and supervise Team Members in the day to day operations, serve as the mentor and coach for all team members, implement strategies to improve customer service, drive sales while ensuring customer needs are met, and service is quick and efficient. You will maintain Department appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
Qualifications- MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE
- Current/Previous Leadership Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Gas Station, Warehouse, Industrial, Food Service or Restaurant a plus
- 3 Weeks of Paid Days Off (effective on hire date)
- Weekly Pay
