Customer Service Representative – Part-Time

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Manitowoc location. This role offers an energetic, positive work environment and a flexible schedule. No experience required.

• Provide consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Identify and respond to customer needs
• Promptly answer phone calls from customers
• Cashiering
• Open or close the store
• Stock merchandise
• Maintain a clean and safe store
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Schedule options discussed during interview process
• Closing shifts:
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday – earliest 1pm to latest 9pm

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and energetic
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Weekend shift differential $2.00 per hour (Friday 3:00 pm – Sunday close)
