Join our team as a Part‑Time Deli Clerk. This role reports to the Deli Manager and involves food preparation and guest service in our retail grocery store environment.

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service with friendly greetings, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests locate items and answer deli department telephone calls.
• Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Quality Control: Inspect, rotate, maintain temperatures, and replenish all deli products.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of deli items and supplies.
• Food Safety: Maintain food safety logs and adhere to safety standards.
• Efficiency: Meet quality standards and quantity expectations by 10 am and 5 pm.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and give adequate notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other assigned duties.
