Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
- Order product via iPad for shelf and display
- Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained through guidelines
- Communicate issues with Mondelēz' management team
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales and displays
- Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25‑35 miles from the primary location (Manitowoc, WI)
