Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers throughout their car-buying journey. You will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, understanding their preferences and needs, and guiding them towards the best-suited Ford vehicle. Your expertise and product knowledge will enable you to deliver an outstanding customer experience while exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Identify customers' requirements and preferences through active listening and effective questioning techniques.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of various Ford models to match customers with their ideal vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives, explaining the vehicle's performance and safety features to potential buyers.
  • Provide accurate pricing and negotiate sales to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the customer and the dealership.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current automotive trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers in securing financing options and closing the sales process smoothly.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field (previous experience with Ford vehicles is a plus).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are advantageous).
