Job Description

We are a small, independent company with a customer-oriented focus on power transmission components (gear motors, A/C drives, bearings, chain, couplings, and motors) to manufacturers. We focus on building a roster with some of the most talented people in the industry.

• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand their needs
• Understand and promote our principals' products to offer solutions
• Develop and execute a sales plan to gain new customers and increase sales
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical/engineering support
• Meet with customers and prospects to identify opportunities for growth
  - Travel 3 days per week is a minimum expectation
• Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate products
• Determine channel of business through distribution or sell direct
• Communicate customer needs and manufacturer solutions to ensure overall understanding and expectations are met

• Highly motivated and target driven
• Aptitude to understand mechanical components
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
