Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers;
Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct parts to be picked, staged for delivery, and routed by delivery specialists;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced, maintained, and that inspections are completed on time with mileages entered into fleet devices;
Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers;
Verify that product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store
