A highly respected custom home builder known for crafting luxury residences is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join its growing team in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. • Perform a variety of rough and finish carpentry tasks on custom home projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
• Install framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, and other finish materials
• Assist with layout, material takeoffs, and project preparation
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Coordinate with Superintendents, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify and resolve construction issues in the field
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and building code requirements

• 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred
• Residential construction experience required
• Custom home or high‑end residential experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
