Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of mechanical services on customer vehicles with timeliness and precision
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Provide accurate, detailed repair documentation and service reports
  • Complete all work to the highest manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Stay current on Ford and ASE training, procedures, and certifications
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, service recommendations, and timelines
  • Collaborate effectively with the service team and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ford Certification (Required)
  • ASE Certification (Required)
  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Master Technician certification preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, components, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
