LocationUS: WI:
Manitowoc, Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital facility.
On-site. Full-time. Standard hours: 40. Shift 1 (7:00 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m.). Holidays and weekends as specified.
This customer service oriented individual will perform skilled work at the level of a journeyman to inspect, repair, maintain, and install various types of electrical components and systems, including electrical panels, outlets, and lighting. Work will be performed almost exclusively in healthcare related buildings. The electrician works in cooperation with other trades to ensure that all codes, protocols, and policies are met.
Digital documentation must be completed on a daily basis. Perform code compliant work on small to medium scale in-house projects. Perform daily tasks around maintenance, inspections, and corrective actions on essential electrical systems (EES) under the supervision of Lead or Senior Electricians. Maintain the campus electrical directory system under the supervision of Lead or Senior Electricians. Must be knowledgeable with appropriate state and local codes.
Must maintain a current journeyman worker's license.
Minimum 3 years of electrical experience. Knowledge of state and local electrical codes.
EducationHigh school diploma or accredited GED. Electrical trade school apprenticeship completion or journeyman technical studies degree.
TrainingCompleted 5-year apprenticeship preferred.
Special SkillsAttention to detail, typing ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and CAD.
LicensureJourneyman license required. Master electrician license preferred.
