We're seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators for our 1st shift who take pride in clean, strong welds and precision work. You'll build custom components from blueprints, collaborate with a supportive crew, and contribute to a shop where skill and work ethic are valued.

Why You'll Want to Work Here

  • 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday) = long weekends, every weekend
  • Good pay and solid benefits — health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid holidays
  • Work with your hands using MIG, TIG, and even robotic welders (if that's your thing)
  • You'll be part of a close-knit crew that looks out for each other and gets things done

What You'll Be Doing

Welding & Fabrication

  • Read blueprints and diagrams to build custom parts with precision
  • Perform MIG welding (TIG and robotic welding optional if trained/interested)
  • Keep quality high and meet deadlines without cutting corners

Quality & Safety

  • Double-check your welds to make sure they're clean, strong, and meet spec
  • Follow shop safety rules — we want you going home in one piece every day

Teamwork That Works

  • Communicate with the team to keep jobs moving
  • Work with engineering and quality to get builds done right the first time
  • Pitch in where needed and help solve problems as a team

What Success Looks Like

  • Welds are clean, consistent, and meet spec
  • Jobs are completed on time without cutting corners
  • Rework and scrap are minimal
  • You take ownership of your work and stand behind it

What We're Looking For:

  • MIG welding experience (steel); TIG is a plus
  • Able to read and follow blueprints
  • Reliable, focused, and take pride in your craft
  • Comfortable working independently but also a team player
  • Serious about safety and doing the job right

Why You'll Like Working Here

  • We're not a giant corporation — you're not a number here
  • Clean, organized shop with solid equipment
  • We appreciate people who show up, work hard, and care about what they do
  • There's room to grow if you want to learn more or take on something new
