Manitowoc County is seeking a Highway Maintenance Worker/Equipment Operator to maintain roads and infrastructure across all seasons. The role offers a seasonal schedule with 4-day weeks in May–October and a flexible Mon-Fri layout November–April, plus a competitive pay scale based on experience.
You will operate heavy equipment (backhoe, grader, dozer, skid loader) and perform mowing, trimming, and repair work to keep roadways safe and accessible year-round.
