Lakeshore Business Interiors, Inc. is growing, and we are actively searching for another enthusiastic member to join our team! We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who takes pride in their work and has a constant drive to learn in all settings.
PrimaryJob Functions:
- Assemble, deliver and install all types of office furniture, including desks, cubicles, height-adjustable surfaces, tables, and seating.
- Perform hands-on furniture installation, reconfiguration, and service work
- Ensure all installations meet LBI standards, safety and quality standards, and customer expectations
- Assist in the receiving, staging, and processing of product
- Coordinate with interior designer team to understand projects and layouts
- Maintain accurate documentation, including installation reports, service logs, and records
- Identify and communicate job site challenges, solutions, and progress updates
- On-site paid training
- Overtime opportunities available

- Coordinate with interior designer team to understand projects and layouts
- Maintain accurate documentation, including installation reports, service logs, and records
- Identify and communicate job site challenges, solutions, and progress updates

Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in material handling or other applicable positions preferred
- Must show a commitment to professional accountability and continuous improvement
- Must be self-motivated, able to work as a team and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Display a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds and team-lift heavier components
- Must have a maintain a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and have a clean driving record
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
- Strong communication and professional customer-focused demeanor
Job Type: On-Site, Full-Time
Pay:
Based on experience
Benefits: 401(k), Dental, Vision and Health Insurance, Paid Time Off
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
