A day in this role
Picture this:
You start your morning reviewing a few nearby service calls on your iPhone. Your first stop is a family whose refrigerator isn’t keeping cool. You diagnose the issue, swap the faulty component, and watch the temps drop. By lunch, you’ve helped a neighbor’s washer spin again and advised them on simple maintenance that will help it last longer. Every stop ends with a thank‑you—because you fixed what matters in their home.
