• Location‑based pay:

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
• Use your tools and technical know‑how to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

• Spot simple, value‑add solutions (like filters and maintenance plans) that keep appliances running longer and add to your earnings—smart service, not pushy sales.

• Hands‑on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and figuring out root causes.

• Mechanical aptitude; experience with tools, maintenance, or repair is a plus.
• Flexible with scheduling and open to learning new repair categories.
• Able to safely lift and move up to 100 lbs and handle daily physical tasks.
• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for parts ordering and job updates.
• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you obtain it if needed.
• Compliance:
  Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.
