Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by helping ensure they can safely attend supervised visits and other important appointments. As a Transportation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting family connections while working as part of a dedicated team that includes Parent Coaches, Transportation Specialists, and Social Workers.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and organize transportation requests and schedules for the team.

Safely transport children (from infants to teenagers) and adults to and from supervised visitation appointments.

Primarily drive a Manitowoc County vehicle. On rare occasions, you may use your personal vehicle for work-related travel and will be reimbursed for eligible mileage.

Travel mainly within Manitowoc County, with occasional trips outside the county as needed.

Assist with other program-related duties if a scheduled visitation is cancelled, helping ensure you receive a minimum number of work hours during your scheduled shift.

Schedule:
This is a casual, as-needed position with flexible scheduling based on program needs. We're seeking someone who is regularly available during the after-school hours through approximately 7:00 p.m. several days each week.

If you're dependable, compassionate, and enjoy working in a role that directly supports children and families in our community, we'd love to hear from you.
