As a Patient Transportation Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients as they reach their medical appointments and outings.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments and outings in our vans
• Provide exceptional customer service and respect for all patients and families
• Maintain accurate records of transportation services and patient care
• Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

• Clean driving record in the state of WI
• Wisconsin driver's license in good standing
• Preferred experience driving a van
• CPR Certification preferred but not required
