As a Patient Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other outings. As a Patient Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other outings

• Ensuring the comfort and safety of residents during transportation

• Maintaining accurate records of transportation trips and resident information

• Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Adhering to driving and transportation policies and procedures

• Drive company vehicles to transport residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other outings

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition

• Maintain accurate records of transportation trips, including resident information and any incidents that may occur

• Communicate with the care team and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination and care

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families

• Adhere to driving and transportation policies and procedures

• CPR Certification preferred, or willing to obtain

• Prior experience in a healthcare or transportation setting preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
