• Handle the loading and unloading of supplies to keep production moving.
• Keep all work spaces tidy and orderly to improve overall facility efficiency.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all safety procedures.
• Provide necessary assistance to skilled tradespeople during their daily operations.
• Execute regular upkeep and minor fixes on various tools and machinery.
• Engage in group discussions to help build a supportive and encouraging team culture.
• Ensure all delegated responsibilities are finished promptly and effectively.

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is considered an asset.
• Prior background in physically demanding labor is beneficial.
• Capable of lifting substantial items and executing strenuous physical duties.
