Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the project management system, ensuring accurate task tracking,timelines, and documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather, organize, and distributeproject-related information and reports effectively.
• Monitorproject billings and expenses, providing support in financial tracking and reporting.
• Assistin drafting and distributing project-related correspondence and reports to facilitate project communication.
• Ensurethe accuracy and currency of project databases and document management systems.
• Actas a liaison between the company and external vendors/subcontractors,facilitating their involvement in project activities.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular analysis to track project performance, identify variances, and propose appropriate measures for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations throughoutproject execution.
• Assist with Contract requirements, insurances, bonding, project billing(s),invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Actively participate in project meetings, providing valuable financial insights and guidance.
• Support internal and external audits by promptly providing necessary documentation and information.

• Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professionalaccounting designation (CPA, CMA, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Project Accountant or similar role in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting principles, practices, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advancedproficiency in Adobe, Excel, and other Microsoft apps.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate withcross-functional teams.
• Abilityto prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
