As a Receptionist & Recruiting Assistant, you will bethe first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees alike. In addition to traditionalreceptionist duties, you will also play a crucial role in our recruitingefforts, assisting with sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates tosupport our staffing needs.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assistvisitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and directincoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with schedulingappointments and meetings.
  • Support recruitingefforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initialscreenings of candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with new employeeonboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience inreceptionist or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
