Service Coordinator – Commercial Roofing

We're hiring a Service Coordinator to support our commercial roofing service team. This role coordinates scheduling, customer communication, and billing support to keep service operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and dispatch service crews
  • Coordinate incoming service requests (phone, email, CRM)
  • Create and track work orders
  • Communicate with customers on scheduling and updates
  • Support invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable follow-up
  • Coordinate with technicians, service managers, and sales
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (FCS preferred)

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in dispatch, service coordination, or construction admin
  • Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, or field service preferred
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Overtime, longer hours, or evening on-call only as necessary
