Tire and Battery Center Team Leader

Position Summary

As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

• Team Leader – Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.
• Communications – Communicate the goals of the department, set guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service, execute company programs, adhere to policies and advocate for the member, the associate and the company.
• Expert – Maintain in‑depth knowledge of business, safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations (TPMS), tire recalls, product specifications, seasonality, and train the team.
• Techie – Leverage digital tools, handheld technology and new tools to improve service experience, drive sales and elevate associate engagement.
• Owner – Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a clean and safe work area, plan orders, monitor returns and special orders, assist in staffing and scheduling, operate cash registers, process transactions, handle inventory audit, safety compliance, paperwork, and lead member service.
• Talent Ambassador – Train and teach the team, monitor e‑learning compliance, identify potential, develop skill sets, encourage career growth, source new talent, collaborate with managers and stakeholders, support compliance and ethics, assess and improve processes, maintain a culture of respect, integrity and customer focus.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive continuous improvements, embrace new technologies, support others through change, maintain highest standards of ethics, balance short and long‑term priorities, act with integrity.

• Competitive hourly wage range: $23.00 to $31.00.

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time period.

• Supervisory experience in Tire Industry.
• Tire Industry Certification – Certificate.
