Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting operational excellence, project execution, engineering coordination, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within the Product Line Team environment.

The Project Manager is accountable for maintaining quality standards, supporting organizational objectives, collaborating across departments, and contributing to profitable growth and operational success.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Operational Execution
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables
  • Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and project updates
  • 2. Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and safety expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Support accurate documentation and operational compliance activities
  • 3. Quality Management
  • Monitor work quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer requirements
  • Support process consistency and operational effectiveness
  • Assist with identifying and resolving operational challenges
  • 4. Team Leadership & Development
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Support a positive and professional team environment
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • 5. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Assist with implementation of standardized procedures and documentation
  • 6. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate activities with engineering, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and operations teams
  • Support organizational initiatives and customer-focused solutions
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications Education
  • Relevant degree, certification, or equivalent industry experience preferred
